This term is almost over. And teachers attending classes doesn't seem high on the priority list. Exams start next week and I was sent into town for a four day workshop that ended up being cancelled. Splendid.
But! Yesterday I took a walk to see how far the flood waters reached and ran into a learner of mine harvesting in her field. She gave me maize and sugar cane.
Also I bake a lot of cakes here. I should open a bakery.

If time is going by quickly, hope that means all is well. Curious about your recipes for the cakes and what type of oven you use.

Sarah! You should open a bakery, seriously. And then you should open one in Chicago in the future, and I could be in the 'Customer of the Month' club every single month, which means I get 14 free items per week. Just kidding lol!
Sarah congrats on coming up to a break in the term. Will you be doing any traveling or anything fun over the break? YEA!
